What is the legal limit in Nevada?
As in all other states of the US, the legal blood alcohol content limit in Nevada is 0.08%. Anyone with a BAC level higher than that who is operating a motor vehicle may be charged with DUI. This number is only applicable to adults, however. For those under the legal age of 21, the legal limit is 0.02%. Because Nevada is one of 21 states that do not explicitly prohibit underage individuals from consuming alcohol, minors are allowed to have a marginal amount of alcohol in their bloodstreams while operating motor vehicles.
